About Thomas Schumacher:
Thomas Schumacher still burns with curiosity. The Berlin- based DJ and producer makes light of his status as one of the most enduring, versatile artists in electronic music. "What I love about Techno is that it demands that you question yourself, reinvent yourself." 
Thomas Schumacher is always pushing his own boundaries. "The art of being relevant," he says, "Is to forget what you know.” In his early days as an artist, he had to learn how to physically create the sounds he heard in his head. Now, as a virtuoso, the challenge is to use his breadth and depth of musical knowledge to convey profound emotion. "Techno is not just a tool to make people dance," he says. "It is a very personal, intimate way of expressing myself." 
This intimacy fuels the unique vibe of a Thomas Schumacher DJ set. He compares himself to the captain of a ship. “I purposely steer my sets into rough waters. I want to help people get out of their heads and into their bodies. I create a safe space for people to lose their minds, in the best possible way. They know they don't need to worry or be afraid, because I’ve got them. I know what I'm doing. They can let go and just be." 
When not guiding clubbers through seas of sound, Schumacher reaches them via his productions on his label Electric Ballroom, and his weekly NOW podcast. NOW is a showcase for his low-key charm and impeccable ear for a great tune. And, like his DJ sets, the podcast is a forum for his studio output including the recent Natural Rhythm EPs on Noir. 
The more you do, the more there is to explore, the more opportunities to invent, connect, and imagine. "I am always the one to change it up," Thomas Schumacher grins. "My ongoing ambition is to connect to the crowd, year after year. It's what lights me up." 
His seminal release “Stella” on Noir Music lit up the Beatport Techno chart, going straight to Number 1. "Stella" is a propulsive anthem dedicated to his daughter and it’s resonating with his fans. He sees no reason to compartmentalise his music and life. Everything is connected, everything is authentic. "There is no other version of me," he says. "When you meet me, you meet Thomas Schumacher."

If you are a clubber or simply an electronic music lover, you could be not new with Hollen. His career doesn’t have a real starting point, just like many young guys he went through DJing for fun, and he regularly attended all the House and Techno events close to his hometown where he had the chance to witness the performance of the turntables legends. From playing in the small clubs of his city till organize his own events, Hollen burst on the scene thanks to his music productions started in 2008. Whatever it is, groovy Tech House or peak time Techno, he constantly keeps his trademark who turned him today into one of the most cherished artists. His thinking is: “I don’t like to talk about genres, I love the music in ALL its facets and always in a constant evolution”.
Regularly charted in all the main Music stores, he worked with Filth On Acid, Intec, 100% Pure, Agile, Bitten, Deeperfect, EI8HT, Form Music, Glasgow Underground, Intacto, Kling Klong, Unrilis, Pornographic, Terminal M, Toolroom, Saved, Suara, JAM, Tronic... The collaborations with Pirupa, Stefano Noferini, Uto Karem and the remixes for Moby, Dj Chus, Felix Kröcher, Alberto Ruiz + Pig & Dan, German Brigante, Cuartero are the highest point of the iceberg who lay the foundations in musical and technical knowledge. “It’s just a short step from making music to DJ but you need a different viewing of the music since the producer creates and plays with the sounds, the DJ should simply let your ass shake”. Many are the places where he exported his personal “Techno made in Italy”, clubs and festivals as International Talent and Rashomon in Italy, El Row, Fabrik and Florida 135 in Spain, Egg and Ministry of Sound in UK, Mystic Garden Festival, Dockyard Festival, Air and Lief Festival in Holland, Cacao Beach in Bulgaria, Space, Clevelander, Robot Ears in U.S.A., Coda in Canada, Club Era and Twilight Festival in South Africa. Furthermore India, Japan, Indonesia, Dubai with a special feeling with central and south America: Dream Festival, Time & Space Festival and Novilunio Festival in Mexico, On Beat and Living Entertainment in Colombia, Bahrain in Argentina, Clash Club in Brasil, Club Vertigo in Costa Rica. In 2011 he launched the label Prospect Records with the task to develop an own musical concept and to support young or new talents. Today the label is hyperactive with monthly releases and label parties.
