Scorpio Rising

Emerging from the eclectic scene of her native island Guernsey, she is an alchemist of dark folk, alternative rock and electronica. Soulful and haunting, the sound Hollie Thorne captures is not always easily defined, with songwriting and arrangements as inventive as they are personal.

In her February 2024 release ‘Scorpio Rising’ she teams up with producer Flexagon to create a sci-fi soundscape for this dark pop song, described as having a ‘goth space opera vibe,’ and a riff like an ethereal Metallica - Tommy G, BBC Introducing
