There's an aspect of mental health shared here...everyone seems to be focused on the movie of their own lives...

Beat the Grid 👁⃤   LITHIUM RMX

Hollings was raised in Atlanta and usually lives in upstate NY. She co-founded a band called Beat The Grid in college. A funky dance-rock blend of afrobeat and spacey jazz, their first album was released in 2013, and promoted by AAM, Inc. They performed in NYC from 2012-2015. She’s written & performed on various rock, hip-hop, and experimental projects over the last 10 years. Her solo work is sensual, electronic ceremony, offering insight on patterns, pain, and passion. Sometimes it’s a call to the spirits surrounding.

Hollings' 1st EP "Necromancing" was released independently in 2018. It's an acid jazz rock dream with haunting layered vocals, shimmery synths, and storytelling instrumentals. Her next release is Fri June 21 - "These Days"
