So I push Towards the Sky - Lift My Face - open space - that feels right 
and it takes all my might - but I might find my grace through the struggle and embrace

Through the darkness I stretched through the pain
building resilience as I Rise past the shame 
I see the darkness as a catalyst for change - 
I came here to rise and reclaim my name

So as my shell breaks open and my roots spring forth - 
and I dig them down seeking food from the earth - 
and I thought I was dying but it's just rebirth - 
and I came here to claim back my own self-worth

I know that sometimes the pain is too much to bear - but when I wear - my heart on my sleeve - 
sometimes people going to take advantage of me but I didn't come here to play the victim - I'm just learning how to set healthy boundaries - and so I Fall to my knees - asking God to show me - the deeper lesson in what I'm supposed to see 
so this seed  Sprouts up - stronger than ever before - cause I know I came here for so much more

From my roots to my branches - polarity unites
and I'm showing up for me - internal insight 
how far down I went is how high I will rise
so I breathe in the dark until I reach the light
