For our 31st edition, Dima Verstraete ( @argonaut_s ) and LVRIN ( @lvrin-1 ) created yet another entry of eclectic specialities.

Dima Verstraete, joining us from Tashkent, has been actively digging and producing music for a long time and, known by his monikers Region Salvaje or Jan Fietser, presents us a mixture of psychedelic freakout and truly heartfelt pieces for the first hour. 

LVRIN, or Golden Axe, is following his call for the second part, diving deep into electronic and hypnotic sounds that capture bold, pioneering spirits of DIY sonic explorations. LVRIN is also responsible for some hefty releases on @pinkmanrecords and käfTen that continuously twist the minds of ecstatic basement regulars in a similar enchanting fashion.

Prepare for a two-hour ride of transitions from late-summer longing to autumn introspections.

Théréon est un jeune groupe de la scène Strasbourgeoise. Mi Olin signifie mon amour, cet Ep parle de sentiments, 6 chapitres d’un amour simple, doux et fort avec tout ce que cela comporte. Mélangeant plusieurs style en crescendo, pop, trap, wave, ils évoquent des tranches de vie, des tableaux aux textes doucement criés sur des boucles lourdement suaves.

Théréon is a young band from the Strasbourg scene. Mi Olin means my love, this ep is about feelings, 6 chapters of simple, sweet and strong love, with all that that entails. Mixing several styles in crescendo, pop, trap, wave, this Ep evokes slices of life, paintings with lyrics softly shouted over heavily suave loops.

Having lived in Thailand, Yemen and Pakistan, he has been constantly searching for music from far flung corners of the world. With Maft Sai, he also runs The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band, as well as releasing compilations on Soundway and Finders Keepers. "As well as featuring some recent purchases and trades from Indonesia, Thailand, Reunion/Mauritius, and East Africa, it's another small chapter of my musical fascination with the sounds and cultures from across the Indian Ocean and how they relate and interconnect. That said, these are also tracks I'd happily drop in a club, and proceedings are rounded off by some Swedish minimal-wave, so the parameters aren't exactly strict! Tunes first, research second..."
