Nine Inch Nails track from the Creative Commons 2008 album: Ghosts I-IV. Released through their remix site. Each stem was edited and mixed the entire way on an iPhone 4S. The original album is available through a link on the NIN.com site. If you reuse this track, please let me know. I'd be interested in seeing the project it is used for. I was too late for the contest for this but I reworked it anyway. this took 24 hours start to finish to work on.

26 Ghosts III [LoFi's iPhone Mix]

Formerly known as, "Songs For Kilgore" and "Holy Water Hand Grenade", "Lofidelityrockr and the Random Band Name Here" (or some variation of) is the latest band founded by Ohio native Dave Jones who used to go by DJ Lo-Fi in the late 90's. Growing tired of programming only electronic music because of what he saw was a glass ceiling of creativity with the genre where everyone with a drum machine and basic software was able to produce something, whether it was good or...not or repetitive preset loops, he decided to trade much of his digital equipment for Guitars, a bass, and some amps. The band doesn't want to take itself too serious and wants that to be known to those who try to find deeper meaning in everything. No place for music snobbery here. As one former/ honorary member puts it, "We should start by playing for beer and cheap women.". I will settle for cheap beer and higher priced women, if it's all the same. 
I must adhere to some standards.

I am a music lover who loves to listen to and play music. I love the sounds of the early 90's (not so much 1999) and classic rock is also huge for me. I  try to recreate sounds like and hope that others like it too. 

The Original name is inspired by the writings of the late Kurt Vonnegut. My dedication to Vonnegut's writings that have entertained generations that enjoy intelligent humor may someday become apparent once I gain more talent:)

Now I Dabble in Scoring and Experimental Noise. I would like to see my music used in Podcast and Film projects, with permission of course.
