It all started when I was 8 years old and I heard my first mix tape. It was a crazy dj mix off of Ja rules single "holla". Since then I was very fascinated with the harmonics of music.
My parents are old school. Everything they listened to was from 1983 and many years before that. So I was stuck in the bliss of golden oldies every car ride to the store. One day my dad played a song and the beat shook me. The Delfonics' "Ready or Not" persuaded me to get into making beats. I was 11 at that time.
I wanted to be a dj at first. Back in the 90s Dj Clue and DJ Capri was the man. I used to take trips up north with my family and every time we get close enough my brother will say "put it on hot 97" and the dj's will have the radios going crazy.
In 2005 I made my debut with producing. I couldn't dj because I didn't have the funds to dj so I went to pursue the glamorous life of beat making. I forgot the name of the software I was using. I was a piece of crap until I came across FL Studios. It was a slow start at first but practice makes perfect. I was shy as ever, I never let anyone listen to my beats until I had some years under my belt.
Now I'm one of the best producers in my neighborhood. Trying to further my dreams and go to school to become an audio engineer. Right now I'm working with various artists in the 856 area and a few heads in Philly.
Very proud at what I do, I love every beat I make. I put my all in every time my headphones comes on.
