Blue Flame is a song about resilience and strength. This is my first draft of the song - written last summer. It's pitchy, raw and real, and trust and believe every word comes from the heart. I wrote this song to express my personal experience with anxiety, depression, and intergenerational trauma. I pray that this song will be a source of healing for you.
