Teamspirit im Mannschaftssport: Das erleben Para-Sportlerinnen und -Sportler etwa beim Torball, einer Ballsportart, die für Blinde und Sehbehinderte entwickelt wurde, oder beim Segeln, wo Menschen mit Behinderung als vollwertige Crewmitglieder auch am Steuer stehen können.
Über ihre Erfahrungen im Teamsport berichten Max Ott, langjähriger Funktionär bei der Internationalen Blindensportorganisation (IBSA), sowie die Pädagogin Claudia Rauch, die trotz ihrer Blindheit nicht nur erfolgreiche Para-Sportlerin wurde, sondern auch ihren Berufswunsch als Volksschullehrerin wahr werden ließ.
Wie Max Ott betont, ist Torball für jedermann geeignet, egal welchen Geschlechts oder Alters. Claudia Rauch hebt hervor, dass Para-Sport gerade für Kinder mit (Seh-)Behinderung zur gesunden Entwicklung beitrage. Sie fordert von ihren Berufskolleginnen und -kollegen mehr Kreativität und Offenheit im Sportunterricht, um blinde und sehbehinderte Kinder mitspielen zu lassen. So ließen sich Faktoren wie Körperspannung, Koordination und Gangbild verbessern.
Als Teamsport bringt Torball jedenfalls immer einen Gewinn für das Zusammenspiel im Leben, wie aktive Torball-Spielerinnen und -Spieler vom Blinden- und Sehbehindertensport Tirol im Podcast berichten.

After taking a month off from making music, Rue met Margaret at Fresh Market and decided to make a song about her. That song evolved into making his debut single , "Show you I care".
