The ‘How’s That?’ EP showcases Fiesta Soundsystem’s hardcore and rave influences, bolted together with UK club and bass rhythms; from the acid-tinged roller ‘Foundation’, and the warping title track, which echoes the moment when UKG transformed into dubstep; to the pummelling Amens of ‘Phlso’, and the sparse breaks of ‘Pych 130’.
