On 6.5.21, Hopax from Random Records streamed 2hrs set on Radiozora and after his set we started after party on  label's Twitch channel, my set was a first set of After party, it was my first experience with lot of people that listening to me when I'm playing live for them :)

Kalumet as a part of Random Records, now selected a great freeform / suomi show with tunes only by this label. The show starts on 21st January 2014 Tuesday 8pm CET on the Trance channel.

Random Records is a non-profit label created exclusively to help projects supporting indigenous communities around the world. There are, today, over 300 million people, including at least 5000 distinct indigenous tribes in 72 countries that live under conditions of oppression and forced cultural assimilation. These people have historically been excluded from the decision-making processes of the modern states that have been formed in their ancestral lands and they live marginalized by the modern societies. Many have been targeted by paramilitary guerilla groups that serve policies of profit with total disrespect to human rights and dignity. The grievances and interests of indigenous people can be very similar around the globe when it comes to the struggle for preservation of their identity, cultural heritage natural way of life.

Kalumet "The Shiny Whale Show #4" 21/01/2014

Last weekend Trance Bum Productions had something to celebrate. The Suomisaundi Sundays livestream events had their first anniversary, so we did a 24h livestream.

Ain-Soph - Road to Aarnivalkea

Hopax is Patrik, originally from Hungary, nowadays mainly based in Finland and Estonia. Inspired by space rock and forest trance he decided to start his own electronic music project in 2006. In the beginning he composed darker, swampy sounds, which slowly evolved to a more balanced, yet free form soundscape, often reaching back to acid or early suomisaundi and 8-bit atmosphere with the aim to keep it psychedelic. The project is not dedicated entirely to trance, a wide scale is kept from experimental ambient to jazzish chill-out music. He started to perform since 2008 with live and dj-sets both in Hungary and abroad, playing at small forest and warehouse parties or large international festivals like Ozora, Solar Systo, Transylvania Calling or Yaga Gathering. In 2009-2010 he had regular chill-out dj nights at InverziUm Tea & Coffee, Budapest. Recently, he launched a side-project called @Krautlaika, which is dedicated to analog live and improvised electronic music, touching acid/techno/noise.
