Anthology (2015-2020) is a selection of b-sides, demos, lost projects and various other tracks that just couldn't find their way over the years. I recently took a break from writing new material to assemble this compilation as a thank you. Your support has kept me inspired and it is my hope that this work provides a catalyst for you to create something that will then inspire someone else. IVE BEEN MEDITATING FOR YEARS AND SOMETIMES USE MUSIC AS A WAY TO MOVE DEEPER INTO MY PRACTICE. I MADE THIS AMBIENT ALBUM WITH THAT UTILITY IN MIND. YOU HAVE SEVEN CHAKRA (ENERGY SYSTEMS) WITHIN THE HUMAN BODY. STARTING WITH THE LOWEST ONE (ROOT CHAKRA) ALL THE WAY TO THE HIGHEST (CROWN CHAKRA). EACH SONG IS A MEDITATION IN THE KEY OF THE CHAKRA, IN ORDER FROM LOWEST TO HIGHEST. YOU CAN USE THE TRACKS INDIVIDUALLY TO FOCUS ON A CHAKRA OR DO THEM IN SEQUENCE TO OPEN UP THE WHOLE SYSTEM. I ALSO USE THIS MUSIC FOR MY YOGA PRACTICE, EARLY MORNINGS, OR TO GROUND DOWN IN THE EVENINGS. I HOPE YOU FIND PEACE IN THIS ALBUM AND I HOPE IT MIGHT CALM THE SPIRIT WITHIN.
