Unknown Records techno talent Horowitz has returned to follow up on his highly successful debut release 'Waxxx', with his sophomore EP ‘The Drip'.

An amalgamation of dark and ethereal soundscapes, rumbling basslines and hard hitting drums, 'The Drip' is comprised of three complex compositions to cater to all techno enthusiasts’ ear buds. All 7-minute journeys to the deep and dark corners of the musical realm, the tracks found within are a testament to the growing maturity of this young producers sound.

Alongside the three original tracks comes remixes of the lead single by Motorik legends CSMNT61 and Unknown’s very own Associates. With flavours of the original and a sprinkle of acid for good measure, both remixes take 'The Drip' in unique directions making them essential for any DJ's library.

Unknown Records Partner and A&R Head Pantheon is back with an acid infused algorithm to accelerate listeners through techno time dimensions. ‘Timewarp’ is as equally club as it is appealing to the casual listener, the perfect array of high end sounds from all walks of the musical spectrum layer a back to the future bassline looking to result in a big bang of its own when it hits club rooms and radio stations at home and abroad. Horowitz re-enters the Unknown Records’ realm with techno tastemakers patiently waiting. Titled ‘Oh Lui’ is the latest dark and signature sounding single by a known stand out of the Australian techno scene.

Mechanical in its makeup we hear a range in cross dimensional elements spoiling a rolling bassline of sizable acidic measure. Soothing synths throughout compliment the compilation, before keys that at first seem melodic turn robotic, set to grind the listeners dancing gears well into the early hours. 

Dj Heure and Sly Faux representing on remix duties, each taking a differing direction of tech house and straight techno respectively. DJ Heure holding the more house approach makes this masterful mix an easy addition to any playlist, while Faux factors in additional techno elements, resulting in an ear ripping remedy.
