I used Melodyne to 

1. Retune the vocal (most evident on the last note; I actually have pretty decent pitch usually)
2. Turn down the amount of vibrato on certain notes (also most evident on the last note)
3. Even out the dynamics; originally I sung the line with a lot of volume in the beginning, but tailing off as the line progressed. I tamed the initial notes, and boosted the later parts.

The mix is pretty poor. I do like the general structure, and the synth modulations.

Made with Reaper, which is pretty nice (and cheap).
