We never released this remix , but i like it ! 

the song was written with Yasmine Hamdan , Rabih Mroue , Walid Sadeck and me . 

We were sitting doing a composition game , one gives a chord , the other gives a melody , the other  a piece of lyrics and after a few minute a song exists. 

Wadih Saffieddine ( our manager at the time was typing on his computer at this time and we were asking him to join , the song was called after him at the end ! i hope u enjoy...

Vocals were recorded in Cairo in a flat on my laptop   in November 2010 during my  tour with Kazamada . 
I built some music around it yesterday.
A litle taste  of what the album could sound like . We should release an EP  early this summer . . I can t wait to be on stage with her !

Emchy 3ala Remshy ( Demo)

this is one of the themes i have composed for " Roundtrip " , a film by  the Syrian director  Meyar Al-Roumi.
this piece was recorded between Beirut and Fraizer Park California .
I recorded Buzuk , guitalele , kalimba and melodica 
Miles Jay recorded Lyra , accordeon , contrebass and percussions.
This version is different from the one in the movie. I hope u ll have the chance to see it at the Dubai film festival , if it wins a prize it will hopefully be screened in some theatres around the world. ( finger crossed )

we used to play this song Yasmine and i in the early 2000 s but never had the chance to record a version . Finally out of our recent encounters and with the push of a French documentary we decided to record and produce this version.
Wirtten by farid el Atrash and sng by Asmahan this is the soapkills remix of  Marra fi ghnina
