Nic Fanciulli returns to Hot Creations with ‘YSD’, marking the release of his first EP on the illustrious label. 

With a myriad of projects on his plate, from commanding residencies at iconic venues such as Space Ibiza and Ushuaïa, to heading up his longstanding Saved Records imprint and championing talents like Dennis Cruz, Hot Since 82 and Francisco Allendes, it’s evident why Nic Fanciulli continues to stand as a beacon of undeniable influence and success within the electronic sphere. Having appeared as a remixer of Jamie Jones’ and Lee Foss’ famed ‘Benediction’ in 2014, the Grammy-nominated DJ/producer and label boss joins the Hot Creations family with original material for the first time, with his wealth of experience shining through across ‘YSD’. 

Honouring a classic, ‘YSD’ brings disco influences and pure house rhythms, diving into mammoth basslines and a thundering drum groove to present a masterclass in dancefloor euphoria. Keeping the vibes high and vibrant, ‘We R Bass’ concludes with thick kickdrums, warped vocal chops, and twisting synth patterns before unfolding into a mesmerizing trip.

Italian duo Shokë make a heavy-hitting return to Solid Grooves Raw with their new single, 'MDFK'.

A DJ/producer pairing emerging within Italy's ever-growing crop of talent, while also adding the title of label owners to their portfolio, Shokë are looking to build on an impressive few years since making their debut back in 2020. Landing hot on the heels of the main label's first release of 2024, the duo return to sister imprint Solid Grooves Raw for their second appearance as they open schedule for the year with another impactful offering via their latest single, 'MDFK'.

Glitchy, menacing and loaded with twisted, low-slung grooves, the impactful 'MDFK' is precisely the type of cut the label was built to showcase, delivering a powerful and gritty cut for packed dancefloors.

Delivering his first single on the label in five years, following a series of outings on the label's annual VA series, the Solid Grooves favourite makes his long-awaited return on 22nd March 2024, building on releases via Crosstown Rebels and his own CRZ and MÜSE imprints.

When it comes to the global house and techno landscape, very few individuals had a busier 2023 than Spanish DJ/producer and label boss Dennis Cruz. Following on from an action-packed twelve months, with highlights ranging from his Coachella debut through to regular appearances at the likes of Club Space (Miami), Hï (Ibiza) and fabric (London), coupled with a vital role at the helm of Solid Grooves' lauded DC10 Casino Motel residency alongside label co-founder PAWSA, the label favourite is back on Solid Grooves Records with his first standalone single on the label since 2019 - showcasing his trademark, groove-driven sound in full with his latest offering, 'Bonito'.

Drenched in Latin and Salsa flavours and sonics, with vibrant brass melodies ebbing and flowing amongst playful and hooky vocal interludes, all layered above signature crisp and rolling drums, 'Bonito' is a perfect example of Cruz's impeccable house sound and welcomes the arrival of a heavily-requested ID from his sets on a fitting return to his 'home away from home', Solid Grooves.
