Fusion, re-situate, constraints of genre altogether - the mix from Giugno (Thomas Carney) is an oeuvre in progressive space of sonic possibilities. Morphing into a pastiche could be found between the low ebbs and oscillating din as an exemplary of repeating numerous mental arenas and defeat.  Giugno takes a contextural approach of pairing diverse rhythms of myriad functional movements. At the same instant, it allows the listener to let their imagination go bush through guardedly emotional airborne and quivering vistas.  Giving a bright tone throughout - Giugno’s most recent full-length album 'Every Morning, Again' was released on @eastern-nurseries label in March 12 of 2021.

Normally playing a lot faster, Miss Junia tried to stay below 150 BPM in their mix for our ProZeccoCast. Moving to Berlin and being surrounded by Queerness and Blackness had an impact on their DJing. Local collectives have showed Miss Junia a broader side of electronical music. As they don’t commit to a specific genre, Miss Junia loves thick bassy and bouncy stuff, chaos and madness reached through percussive elements, shattering glass and warped kicks or painfully sharp sounds that will inevitably make your (face) muscles move whether it is in Gabber and Hardcore, or more recently in Drum and Bass and Jungle.

Recorded live on the air broadcast from 96(?) or so from Steal This Radio, a pirate radio station run out of a long gone squat on the lower east side of Manhattan. I vaguely remember climbing a ladder thru a hole in the wall to get into the room and not much else. The sound quality is kind of rough, it was taped off the radio and found in a box of old shit the other day. I had no idea this still existed, but here you go... as oldschool as it gets.
