Backstory 

I was invited to DJ at an INCREDIBLE event in Poland Last weekend by my brother @Daniel …  
(More on this amazing event later)

He asked the DJs to select a theme for their night sets. So I turned into the event’s community Facebook group and gave them a few options (exactly as below)

1. Sing-along Jams  (Well-known singalong favorites that we can zouk and singalong to 🎤🎶👩‍🎤) 
2. Wild & Tribal (Zoukable tribal & deep house-ish + some other wild good stuff to get us in our inner animal zone 🦁🐯) 
3. Acoustic Emotions (beautiful acoustic songs, with and without singers, will also include a lot of my guitar 🎸 ) 
4. BDSM  (Deep, Drama, Sexy AF, Fifty Shades 😅… I’ll let your imagination work on this one 😂)


#1 chosen topic was BDSM & 2nd winner: Wild & Tribal. “Acoustic Emotions” was only a few votes short of #2

….and that’s how Tribal BDSM came to this world!

#mood: Burning Man 🔥

Radical self-expression in zouk music! Set inspired by the scale and boundlessness of the Burning Man festival, which was performed at the central party of the Kazan Zouk Marathon.

The inspiration was based on the original set from the festival of Monolink, so do not be surprised if you hear the screams of the crowd - at Burning Man, holding back emotions is not welcome. Follow this rule - feel the full scale of these emotions in the dance! And let the dance floor around you expand to the Black Rock desert. 😎

Dj K-Line - Burning Man Zouk Set

Heilung is sounds from the northern european iron age and viking period. We used everything from running water, human bones, reconstructed swords and shields up to ancient frame drums and bronze rings in the songs. 
The lyrics contain original texts from rune stones and preserved spear shafts, amulets and other artifacts. Furthermore poems, which either deal with historical events or are translations/ interpretations of the originals. 
Every attempt to link the music to modern political or religious points are pointless, since Heilung tries to connect the listener to the time before Christianity and its political offsprings raped and burned itself into the northern european mentality. 
Heilung means healing in german and describes the core of the sound. It is supposed to leave the listener eased and relaxed after a sometimes turbulent musical journey.
