Eddy Sco, a contraction of Etienne Deveche Discothèque.
He started collecting vinyls when he arrived in Angers in 2013
He's an eclectic music lover and curious festival-goer since his adolescence. He did not hope to become a radio programmer even though it has been his job for 10 years at Radio Campus Angers.
This allowed him to broaden his discoveries and reflect on his emancipatory vision of music.
He co-hosts the radio show Bounce & Dream where we proclaim the love of electronic music from the past and the future.
On the DJ side, it's super eclectic and it depends on the audience and the place so you will see when you meet on a dance floor (or not) for new sound explorations with him.

Substrata dives into the depths with its debut release, Fluctuations, an immersive VA featuring its residents @stellarephere, @icyoustone, and @k00x, alongside their guest, @corsenlive. Inspired by the unfathomable mysteries of the abyss, this opus explores the dimensions of techno that define the label: introspective, organic, and textured.

Corsen sets the tone for this odyssey with 'Late Walk', a luminous tribal dance evoking the shimmering movements of the water’s surface. With 'Submerge', Ic Youstone leads us into deeper, more introspective waters, where every note invites quiet contemplation. The journey intensifies with 'Abîme' by k00x, driven by a powerful dub bassline, before veering into 'Undulations' by Obsidian Rift (Ephere and Ic Youstone new moniker), blending trance-like echoes with a liquid, pulsating energy. Finally, Ephere's 'Bathyscaphe' concludes the exploration on a poignant note: a dense, organic soundscape elevated by an emotional guitar line that emerges like a ray of light in the darkness, marking the climax of this sonic voyage.

Released for the Winter Solstice 2024, a time of celebration, transformation, and renewal.

Various Artists - Fluctuations

For this show, Lowcal serves up a carefully crafted mix, where genres blend like a gourmet menu: death noise, downtempo, prototechno, EBM, experimental, and halftime. Each sound is a surprising bite, a true auditory journey with no rules. Alongside his mixes, Lowcal is behind two beautiful festivals in Loire-et-Cher: « New Trad Fest » in May with the wizards from Zam Zam Rec, which fuses trad and experimental, and « La Berge » in August, hosted in his very own garden. He’s also building a musician residency studio and a café-concert, spaces designed to nurture the local scene.
