After a two years absence, Dutch/Austrian high flyers ‘Hagenaar & Albrecht’ are back with vengeance for 2013 with one ‘Hell’ of a track! ‘Love is Hell’ sees them return to their distinctive ‘H&A’ sound, with a rock intense vocal from Aussie rocker Sarah McLeod that simply brims with attitude!
 
Hagenaar & Albrecht rose to fame in 2008 with their global hit “What Would We Do” broken on Pete Tong’s Radio 1 Show, then climaxing by them remixing the likes of Kesha, True Tiger, Professor Green, Wynter Gordon and Multi Grammy winner Toni Braxton. In 2011 they signed to the mighty Atlantic’s major dance imprint BigBeat, releasing the massive 2011 hit “I Won’t Let You Down” remixed by Albin Myers and Bootlegged by ‘Mr Swedish House Maffia’ Axwell himself.
 
H&A have spent the last two years going it alone and exploring there own desires, with Patrick going onto remix the likes of Rudimental, Martin Solveig and the cream of the UK pop scene as well as gracing the Radio 1 airwaves on a regular basis, whilst Alistair became label manager for Destined Records and set up shop building a label management company now controlling over 8 separate labels, plus still finding time to produce a more underground sound on such labels as Stealth, they both continue to produce their Radio show for the coveted Radio FG syndicated out to over 100 other stations.

Music On favourites Neverdogs drop their first EP of 2018 in late February as they touch down on Hector Couto’s Roush, accompanied by a remix from label boss Couto himself. London based duo Marco De Gregorio and Tommy Paone, aka Neverdogs, have established themselves as key names throughout Europe since meeting back in 2000. Residents at Marco Carola’s renowned Music On night, and firm fixtures at the brands ‘It’s All About The Music’ events in London, the duo have amassed an impressive resume with releases on the likes of Deeperfect, Moan and Decay, and collaborations with Sebastian Ledher and more. Following their ‘So Different’ EP in 2016, here we see them return to Roush alongside Jamaican born vocalist Tmar to deliver another club focused package, with yet another stellar remix from Hector Couto via his own imprint. Title cut ‘I Believe That’ kicks things off and sees the duo lay down Tmar’s infectious vocals over a familiar, signature blend of skipping drum patterns and rich sub tones to produce a cut that’s guaranteed to be a go-to terrace selection on the White Isle all season long, before ‘Vintage’ goes back to basics as metallic tones and spiraling sonics combine to unveil a murky and eerie production perfectly suited to darker basements.
Closing the EP, label head Hector Couto puts his own spin on ‘Vintage’ with his Dubnation remix, merging tough kicks amongst a stripped back arrangement to reveal a smooth yet dynamic cut that perfectly demonstrates the Spaniards undeniable talent within the studio.
