British-Chinese twins Rhett and Conran Lee are the powerhouses behind IDEMI, an all-new underground house project. The duo have spent years writing and crafting tracks under their production guise ‘Twin Lee’ for the likes of John Summit, Solardo, and Schak, to name a few, but now go it alone with their club-ready and high-impact sonics, the latest of which are distilled into this label debut on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax.

Up first is 'Outta The Box', a brilliantly stylish and catchy house cut that exudes feel-good summer vibes. The busy melodies are bright and playful as they dart about the mix before belting vocals ring out and future-facing beats keep you moving. Then comes 'Dum Dum', a more sweat-inducing tech house sound with raw drums and sharp percussion underpinned by a pulsing bassline and topped with deft pads and vocal stabs. More majestic synths arrive later on to amp things up even further.

Following up on its six-part ‘Tripleution’ V/A series from last year, the label now launches a new series that offers a bumper selection of irresistible beats perfect for all hours of the night.  Rising star Emery (CH) opens up the release with 'Keep It Cool', a characterful cut with bristling breaks and piano stabs laced through the mix as clipped vocals and balmy pads bring warmth to the old-school motifs. Kinhaa's 'Metal Elvis' is a steely number where dry hits and twanging synths make for a futuristic groove, complete with a brilliantly melodic bassline and playful horns. Next up, BizZa’s 'Real Dancing' is low down and dirty with a dubby bassline and squelchy acid sounds topped with loose percussion that makes you want to move.   A three-way collab between Marian, Yolanda Be Cool & Fast Eddie means 'Side To Side' is an arresting tribal house jam drawing for funky Afro drum patterns designed to pump the party. Gustaff's 'Caligula' pairs things back with fizzing synth stabs lighting up the bouncing groove. There is a raw filth in the bassline that roams beneath the crisp kicks and hits of Mariano Lunadei's twitchy 'Work That Body' before Mene's 'Cuttin 1000' adopts a high-speed house sound with edgy synths and warped vocals adding plenty of unhinged character for freely late night floors. Rounding out the V/A, Timid Boy & Frankov's 'Holograma' is a shuffling tech house beat fusing vocal fragments and laser-like synths shooting over the smooth, chord-laced grooves. Goosey and Jamie G link up for their Paradise Music debut with ‘Way U Move’ & 'The Streets'

Having previously impressed on Jamie Jones’ Hottrax imprint, the pair unite for a two-track offering of punchy dancefloor ammunition on Jones’ party-series turned label.

Recently collaborating on their successful single ‘Lovin On Me’ via CUFF, earning support from Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1, Goosey and Jamie G aren’t holding back with their groove-powered sound. Riding a wave of impressive releases, the duo have captivated fans with joint and solo projects on respected labels like SOSA’s COCO, Detlef’s Issues, and Classmatic’s Organic Pieces, earning love from Michael Bibi, Marco Carola, The Martinez Brothers and more. Now, hitting up Jamie Jones’ Paradise Music for the first time, the pair pack a punch with their two-track party-flavoured EP, ‘Way U Move’.

“We've been hitting Paradise together every year since 2018, and it was on the dance floor at DC10 where we both knew this was what we wanted to do. When the Paradise label was announced last year, we discussed the idea of working on an EP together. Fast forward to July - we played together for CUFF in Manchester, then spent the week after in the studio creating the two tracks, and a few days later, Jamie played them both at Amnesia. We couldn’t be more excited to sign to one of Jamie's labels again as he’s been an inspiration of ours since the beginning.” - Goosey & Jamie G

With layered percussion and laid-back chords, ‘Way U Move’ floats over snappy rhythms and glimmering highs, crafting a flawless arrangement that calls for a crowd. To follow, ‘The Streets’ unleashes a funky, confident groove, charging the space with dynamic vocal cuts, vibrant stabs and a smooth bassline that drives the production forward.
