We are proud to present our new release by Detroit veterans Keith Tucker & Anthony ‘Blaktony’ Horton. 

One of underground music’s most enigmatic characters since the mid-80’s, Anthony 'Blaktony' Horton first appeared as a member of the house group ‘Sight Beyond Sight’ (Submerge / Soul City / 430 West records). Further exposure in Detroit’s underground presented him memberships within various groups and collectives (Optic Nerve / early Aux 88 / Aux Men / Alien FM / Scan7), recording on labels like Direct Beat, Elypsia, Puzzlebox, Trans Atlantic, Minimal Soul, Night Vision and numerous guest features. 

Known mostly for his vocals, writings and concepts, DEMF vet-Blaktony places his producers hat on to release on Technorama Records his new electro project alongside of Keith Tucker, part of the famous electro duo Aux88, who has recorded under several monikers such as Optic Nerve, K-1 or Alien FM since the very early nineties and who has built his own unique style of electro and techno music out of Detroit. 

You can find here two brilliant remixes of ‘The Rogue’, full of trademark Optic Nerve funk and futurism, combining deep techno with haunting vocals and machine rhythms. On this other side, ‘We Are Detroit’ by Keith Tucker keep the same vibe of classic Detroit techno stuff and Delta Funktionen delivers a fabulous remix that finds its place near the solid electro techno sound. 

We are very sure these tracks will devastate the dancefloors. Get re assimilated!

Even Just is an album about attention under pressure and the discipline of forward motion without spectacle.
The record traces a person moving through noise, urgency, memory slips, moral overload, and the temptation to freeze or rush. Rather than offering protest, nostalgia, or certainty, the songs focus on process: noticing systems at work, naming excess without demonizing need, resisting false scarcity, and choosing practical responsibility in ordinary places.
“Ignorance and Want,” inspired by A Christmas Carol, serves as the album’s moment of revelation—brief, unsentimental, and catalytic—showing how unrestrained desire manufactures lack. From there, the album turns outward, toward discernment, restraint, and action that doesn’t need to announce itself.
The final movement abandons explanation entirely. Words thin, then disappear. A repeating motif expands and continues, suggesting that progress is not something we arrive at, but something we keep doing.
This is not a protest record.
It is not a comfort record.
It is a record about staying human while moving forward.

Deemphasis is a french producer specializing in electro, acid and vocoder.
Originally from northern france, deemphasis was influenced in the late 80s by german, english, detroit and belgian techno sounds. in the 90s, he is very involved in the "demoscene" and uses "sound-tracker" to make music. Nowadays, he always uses the same approach.
it was at this time that he settled in clermont-ferrand, in the early 2000s, he began to do some concerts and he turned gradually to electro.

In 2010, deemphasis released its first 12 "ep" synthetic cells "on the umwelt label, newflesh records. Then, several ep and his famous album "mechanical beats" on ukonx recordings.

In this ep, deemphasis explores some of the feelings one can encounter in a post-apocalyptic world.
The opening title "my empire" is clearly oriented towards the dance floor and features a surviving robotic voice in a hostile environment.
An acid base consolidates the melancholy atmosphere.
The remix of "my empire" by the french producer "the observer" is a journey with some hypnotizing effects, deep experience and ongoing melodies take will take you to a different dimension, sounds rythmic, mysterious and variable... this remix are like a poetical description of some non-human race or nature of another dimension....

The b side begins with the track "obsession", presenting a long journey in the darkness. The mechanical rhythm sounds like a dehumanized factory fighting against continuous pressure.
The ep ends with a touch of hope, looking for a « rebirth », contemplating the galaxy full of stars.
