On 9th July 2021, deluxe New York singer-songwriter Kelli Sae releases a superb remix of her bold and beautiful single for Reel People Music, Believe In A Brighter Day. The record, a supreme remake of the Platinum Doll soul-house hit for Tommy Musto's iconic Suburban label, now gets a proper house workout from French house maestro Rocco Rodamaal.

Believe In A Brighter Day was produced by Michael Gray, who helmed Sae's sassy Reel People Music debut Good Love earlier this year and, has sprinkled studio magic upon a further series of singles set to showcase much more of Sae’s insane songcraft and delivery throughout 2021.

Kelli Sae’s story has it all. An internationally acclaimed artist, she previously shone as lead vocalist for renowned jazz-funk collectives Incognito, Count Basic and Defunkt, and worked with Tina Turner, Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, Ashford & Simpson and Me’shell Ndegéocello among others. Born of Puerto Rican, African and French descent, Sae has soulful eclecticism in her blood. The exciting mix of sounds, cultures and influences across her three, independently released solo albums is testament to this, as well as her respected forays into composing, playwrighting and stage performance.

House Gospel Choir is the place where spirituality and the euphoria of the dancefloor come together. Founded by Creative Producer & vocalist Natalie Maddix, HGC is a voice for those that can sing… but don't always know the words! It's a home for anyone who has ever found themselves lost in music at a festival, or in a night club… or on the tube on the way to work. 
The choir brings together outstanding singers, all passionate about music and performance and dedicated to giving a great show. Directed by the seasoned powerhouse vocalist, ShezAr; HGC’s leaders have a history of working with choirs and have sessioned and toured with the likes of The Kooks, MNEK, Scissor Sisters, Wretch 32, Naughty Boy, Gorgon City, Stormzy and Labrinth - to name a few. House Choir shows are amped up even further by DJ Fonti, formerly of the legendary Heartless Crew, and his effortless mixing and blending of the biggest tunes House & Garage tunes. Percussion from Dezy Bongo and live keyboards by Stevie Mac combine with the troupe to create an authentic House meets Gospel sound that never fails to raise the roof.
Throughout 2014 HGC delivered rousing sets at Glastonbury, Latitude Festival and Buckingham Palace, as well as sold out shows at the ACE Hotel Shoreditch as part of the EFG London Jazz Festival. 2015 saw HGC continue to deliver sold out performances for Norfolk & Norwich and Hull Freedom Festival’s as well as two headline show’s at Shoreditch’s Rich Mix. 2016 is off to an exciting start with HGC set to take their party on the road by securing the closing night show for Australia’s upcoming Perth International Arts Festival.
The choir has also been seen with Labrinth on Later... with Jools Holland and the New Year’s Eve Special of Top of the Pops. And they can be heard lending backing vocals to UK dance duo Gorgon City’s latest single “Saving My Life.”
HGC is built on the understanding that we can't all speak at the same time and have our voices heard but we can sing together as one voice and be understood. Our mantra applies to the audience too, who are always encouraged to join in with call and response, handclapping, dancing and simply having a good old time.
