As we continue our quest through time and space in the search for unique dancefloor delights, we find ourselves in the land of love & pâtisseries for release number 21, presented by Parisian hardware wizard - Emi Ömar.    Emi introduces four original tracks, gracefully toeing the lines between house, disco, funk and electro without missing a beat. Each new cut, sonically and structurally more unique than the last, brings a new surprise at every turn.    'Présente Mars' opens up on a lighthearted note with some emotional synth work and a vocal break which paves the way for a growling electro style bass line. In a similar fashion, 'Woodfloor' begins with a nostalgic air; glitchy keys, swinging hats and what may grow to be Emi's signature vocoder style vocals. A futuristic arpeggiated synth takes over to guide us through a wormhole into another raw electro dancefloor heater. 'Jack Sully' arrives next up and is nothing short of a sampling masterclass. A punchy funk inspired bassline broken up by an 80's style bridge complete with big snare and tom fills, orchestral hits and washed out vocal cuts. Last but not least, 'Together' guides us home from our inter-dimensional journey with an emotionally stirring 'electro-funk' attitude and disco style bassline.  We are so proud to be able to share such beautifully unique music on our label and Emi Ömar's 'Hi, It's Emi' EP is just that. Four tracks that showcase a mastery of machines and a finely crafted skill for sampling whilst keeping the raw emotion and soul of the music at the time of recording. DRESS UP. Gottwood Festival's imprint Gottwax returns for its eighth installment. At the controls for this release is the London-based duo Make A Dance, whose playful, party-driven sound has been making waves in the underground since their inception. Delivering a lively four-track EP, which includes two originals and two reworks, all of which are club-ready and certainly have 'The dance in mind.' This one's going to make it into a lot of DJs' bags this summer and is not to be missed.

Create Your Own Heaven' Album Started in 2022, the album spans 121 to 138 BPM, featuring 7 tracks and almost an hour of music. It blends Minimal/Deep Tech, Trance, Deep House, and House Music. Each track flows into the next, both in intensity and storytelling. 

01 - The Prologue [121 BPM]: This track posed a challenge for us at the label to categorize within a specific genre. Spanning over 11 minutes, 'The Prologue' opens the album, blending Deep House synths with a continuous groove characteristic of the Rominimal genre. The track's background features nature sounds recorded during a trip to the Serra Gaúcha. 

02 - Listen Me [123 BPM]: The lyrics of this track were written by me, reflecting a phase of my life. It's a Deep House track with House elements, and it's definitely worth paying attention to the vocals. 

03 - Ladies & Gentlemen [125 BPM]: Created using a sample from an interview where Elton John is the interviewee and Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) is the interviewer. Its essence lies in House, complemented by a massive bassline. 

04 - Dab Boy [127 BPM]: Also known as 'Ping,' this is a minimal track featuring floating synths that circulate in a stereo atmosphere, much like a ping pong ball. It also includes a hypnotic break with heavy resonance because. why not? This track leans towards Rominimal. 

05 - 24h Lockdown [129 BPM]: The vocal sample is from a scene in the movie Training Day featuring Denzel Washington during a heated discussion. It's a Deep Tech track with a unique groove. 

06 - No Turning Back Now [131 BPM]: A Deep Tech track with spacious synths and a continuous bassline. Its background also incorporates sounds captured by the producer. 

07 - I Think It's the End [138 BPM]: The final track of the album, completed this year (2025). 

The album's journey began in 2022 and is now ready. This track features Trance elements and deep acidic sounds.
