In a world characterised by the mundane, novelty is an increasingly hard-pressed experience to find. But somehow, French producer Karaba seems to know exactly how to balance the precipitous contest between technicality and innovation.

For the 16th release on Haŵs, Karaba writes a love letter to the 90s underground scene from his home town in Lille. Sewing together intricate synths, trippy breaks and rumbling tech house loops into an abstract tapestry, the final result is a collection of dancefloor curveballs that somehow, with all the idiosyncrasies, make total sense. 🧚‍♂️

For the 19th release of Australia's Conspiracy Music, Mannheims 'Tim Etzel' offers us his "Cotton Candy" EP, three original tracks plus a remix from Slowlife's Paolo Mosca. Just in time for summer Maai Records prepares its fifth outing on the label, which comes from Barcelona-based beat-maker but foremost artist Vince Void exploring the depths of electronic music's diversity on his latest five-tracker on Lis Sarroca's label. Coming with four original tracks and a remix from Mario Liberti for the EP's title track Explorer Vince Void creates another momentum of his creative work  after delivering his audience a sneak peak into his (mind)-set with several contributions to Pau Roses and Adria's Cupula Recordings. The Vision, the B1 of Void's Explorer EP, is an intriguing heavily hitting minimalistic-beast, which impresses through its diverse deep chords as well as the Acid-ish note as booth add a tingling touch to the lush bassline perfectly complementing each other.
