The newcomer and prospective producer has been active for about two years evolving constantly ever since. As a resident of ‚VER:Hamburg‘ parties, she can already look back on a number of high-profile events where she played alongside internationally respected acts such as Innellea, GHEIST, Bebetta and Denis Horvat.
Her musical influences are diverse, her arrangements harmonious and suspenseful. Refusing to be restricted by genre, she combines elements of house, disco, indie and a variety of facets from techno to create her own captivating style. On the dancefloor, she draws the crowd in and takes them in unexpected directions, creating and intimate and compelling atmosphere.

Short bio:

Faia (Romklang Records / Small Records / Femmes Fatales. NO)
Oslo-based DJ, producer and club promoter Faia has played at most of the clubs, venues and raves in Norway, as well as Oslo’s biggest open air electronic music festival Sommerøya and other wonderful festivals in Norway. Faia is also regularly booked to techno and house clubs all around Europe.
In Oslo she's in charge of the successful Femmes Fatales' events. They had a 5 year residency at The Villa, and monthly events at Elefant and have guested various clubs.

In 2018 Faia got into production, and started a collaboration with Duppeditt. They own the label Romklang Records together and are now releasing their music.
She’s a label DJ for Small Records and in charge of their mix series SmallCast.

Faia has been booked to events or shared decks with many well-known DJs and producers such as; Oxia, Pig&Dan, Ida Engberg, Djuma Soundsystem, Phaxe, Nastia, BeSvendsen, Guy J, Kruse and Nuernberg, DJ Hell, Turmspringer, Miss Sunshine/Insolate, Beddermann & Dahlmann, Ben Klock, Recondite, Gabriel Ananda, Thomas Schumacher and Moog Conspiracy.

Faia loves being behind the decks, and that also reflects the drive, energy and playfulness in her choice of music which is mostly deep, dark, groovy, techy and hard Minimal, Techno and House.

HOUSEFRAU is a Copenhagen based club concept with strong roots in the underground house and techno scene. 
We focus on strengthening and aim to inspire the gender diversity of Copenhagen's electronic music scene by booking world-class female and non-binary DJ's and artists, as well as upcoming talents. Our soul mission is to create a party where everyone feels included, welcome and simply free to be, building on a strong patronage of all genders, cultural backgrounds and beliefs.
