For our second release, House Not House are proud to present the debut EP from Birmingham’s Mr P. With his 3 tracks here, P shows off his future fusion of Brummy bassline and tweaked-out tech house. On Fading Away, the spooky synth tones and crooning original vocals from Wynter Black struggle against the globular bassline, creating a high-impact psychodrama, sure to keep ravers checking over their shoulders while cutting shapes. FSU shows P in full beast-mode, with Black returning for a barnstorming vocal performance that is guaranteed to FSU on dancefloors across the globe. Finally, on The Finest, P brings an old school flavour to his remix of the RnB classic, Kelis’ Finest Dreams, but keeps it fresh with his slinky-but-taut rhythms aimed squarely at the shufflers pleasure points.
