Home Is Where House Is Playing is Housepedia’s Podcast Series, here you will find different sets from House DJ’s around the world with a whole variety of House Music flavors.

Home Is Where House Is Playing Podcast Series acquired it’s name when Stephanie Gadsden @imgadsdenmusic , Housepedia’s Owner, started to create multiple DJ sets often at her living room during the 2020 world pandemic. It all started as the Living Room Sessions; then, after a couple of months of extreme passion, she decided to name her DJ sets under the name of Home Is Where House Is Playing, in honor to how House Music made her feel at Home during a world pandemic.

Now, starting on July 2020, she decided to make Home Is Where House Is Playing  an offical DJ Podcast Series with Housepedia Music with the purpose of setting up a place for DJs to show their passion and vibe with the world.

We first came across @momentcinetique relatively recently when their sublime Last Nubian EP landed in our digital inbox replete with a brilliant Harry Wolfman Remix which we premiered here on LV online.

After a bit of digging it was clearly obvious that this was an extremely well curated label so we asked them to put together an mixtape for us looking to get a bit of focus on what they stand for musically . We also spoke to them about the background of the label. Check their immense mix out here. Robbie Solis, originally from the city of Ensenada, Mexico, has demonstrated to his city the passion he has by expressing it from the cabin.

Clear example that talent and youth can be linked, perseverance is what has led him to have a breakthrough on the local scene, his style has not stopped evolving but always having that sound that identifies him in his sessions, full of groove, well-marked basses with touches of fine house, always focused on the dance floor and that is why making people dance is what they like.

In his role as producer, he begins this year 2020 so we will be listening to a lot of his own music, all this in order to seek to go far, we will see that it happens with effort, the rewards always come.

Damián Hernán Ensabella AKA Hyperdam, contains years of music experience, his beginnings as a DJ date back almost 15 years ago.

At the age of 13 he would start playing the bass in a Rock band with childhood friends and later study drums to play in a reggae band.
In electronic music, he leaned towards the House sound, Chicago & Detroit, which is what most represents him with influences from Funk, disco,boogie, jazz, hip hop and other styles, merging the classic and the modern.

In 2017, he decided to form a DJS collective called ON THE REG (@onthereg_music) , 100% oriented to the House, Funk & Disco with his friends; and In 2019 he achieves what he dreamed of so much; To have a party of that style in the mythical The Shamrock de la Recoleta, it would be called MAGIC JOURNEY.

Using his pocket money to buy vinyl’s and tapes, Col was drawn to house music in the early 2000s. Col loves to create music whether it is producing and looking for a particular sound that evokes those strong emotions or whether it is just creating music that brings new people into his life.

His current musical inspirations include Scott Diaz, Sebb Junior, Manuel Costela, Miguel Migs and The Journey Men.

As a producer, Col is currently in the studio producing his sound, working  hard developing his deep/funky/jazzy style.

Building on successful music signings to Salted Music, Atjazz Record Company, Nurvous, UM Records,  Moiss Music, Delve Deeper Recordings, Crooks & Villains and many more Biggest success to date has been ‘Harry’s Beat’ out on Moiss Music which marched to number 5 in the deep house traxsource chart.

Col has just recently signed to his dream label Col is proud to be part of Salted Music rubbing shoulders with the deep house legend Miguel Migs.

He has a massed a solid successful repertoire of music with established labels building contacts across the globe. Col is currently working with some of the biggest names within the industry in many different capacities. Music that matters is his blueprint.
Col is now running his own label Deep Fix Recordings with good friends Robbie Robinson & Wez Hall.
