Blotter Records first release of the year is the debut EP from Dundee-based producer Ansata, a fresh new sound coming into 2017. The upcoming Scottish producer makes a space for himself in the scene with his own stylish brand of house and techno. 

From the melodic and emotional hook of 'Boo' to the dark warehouse sounds in ‘Treespeaker'; the lo-fi sample-driven groove of 'Midnight Rain Illusion' to the energetic, percussive rhythms and spacey, ethereal sound production of closing track ‘Signal Anxiety’, Ansata stamps out a few different flavours of his distinct sound in just four tracks.
