You would expect that, as a musician, my greatest motivation was simply to make music. Well, that would be quite obvious, wouldn't it? As an artist I also try to understand the needs, the concerns and the current situation in which people and the world live. I believe that sometimes we need to be "Something Else" and approach things differently in order to change the environment around us.

Speaking of change, I decided to escape my comfort zone a little bit in this track. I just let myself be carried away by what I felt at the moment, so I think it's a very experimental track. However, I believe that it keeps the essence of Melodark - the balance between dark moments and harmonious melodies, the calm in the middle of the storm.

In the end, I think this track is really "Something Else". Literally...

EXPLANATION
When everything seems to be going well, problems start to arise (Troubles In Paradise). Then comes the grudge and consequent hurt and damage to the significant other (Paradise Circus). Finally, the realization that no matter how hard we try, the end is inevitable (Wrong).

Menace is the third release leading to Hozho's upcoming album - Psychological Issues. After Cherophobia EP and Adderall, Hozho introduces another side of his mind and psyche.

One year after the release of my first DJ Mix and after its success, I decided that for my second DJ Mix I would have to do something better. So, unlike the DJ Mix 01, this set contains only original tracks and remixes that I made of my own tracks and tracks from the Brazilian talents Black Hertz and Plastic Robots. So, in this set you can understand my true essence, my musical style - Melodark Minimal. 
On the other hand, I decided to do something different and I invited my friends to participate in DJ Mix 02 and make a live presentation, everything recorded by the cameras. Music, smiles, sun, beer, friendship... We had it all! Therefore, for those of you who were not present, grab a drink, relax and feel the music. I hope you like it!

More than a year has passed since the last Hozho release - Yin Yang. His life was hit by ups and downs, and to make things worse this pandemic came to make no good. Inspired by these bad moments, Hozho composed this track in a positive way of getting around the situation. Because there is no point in focusing on the bad things, it's time to look forward, it's "Time To Move On". Many emotions on this track, beautiful melodies, different beats, intelligent construction and mesmerizing vocals.
