Hiya Listeners,

Here's another unpretentious, rough n ready, yet wistful and gentle  Improvisation for you.

ilio and i improvised this piece right around the time ilio's dear friend and octogenarian artist David Reid passed away.

David was a multi-talented artist, jeweler, gardener, father, husband, and much more throughout his life. He lived on Saturna Island over last 20 years of creativity.

When we listened back on the music we'd improvised and recorded on our  Stereo Zoom Mic, ilio sensed that we should call it 'A Song for David'.
I heartily agreed, and so we have.

May it capture even a little of the wide and creative swath he cut through life while incarnate here on our amazing planet.


I am on my Kawai Electric Piano, and  ilio is playing his acoustic Classical Guitar
