I always find it hard putting mixes together because I want to include so many sub-genres that I love within dance music but for this one I knew exactly the journey I wanted to take. Tomas Ruiz, aka RUSSELL, is a self-made electronic music artist that has been active in Santiago de Chile since 2014. RUSSELL's multi-tasking role in helping launch the Cazeria Cazador (CZCZ) label was a big step for his career in the role of public relations, producer and DJ. The collectives cultural impact in its native Chile since forming in 2015 was significant. They subvert the conservative attitudes dominating their homeland, fighting against artistic stagnation with illegal underground parties in Santiago's abandoned buildings and forward-thinking releases that channel a melting pot of influences. 

RUSSELL burst into broader consciousness in 2017, gaining attention on the international stage supporting renowned artists such as Nicolás Jaar, J.Albert, Tomas Urquieta, DJs Pareja and releasing a series of albums and collaborations with various Chilean artists and labels over the past two years. He now joins up with the enthralling Swiss-based label, LBR Records, whose mission is to contribute to electronic music producers' artistic, technical and promotional development. 

'Sombras' is an eight-piece album full of broken electronic textures and emotions. The album's sound shows a unique touch, emotional pads, and breakbeats critical elements. RUSSELL shows us a futuristic proposal in the moment of releasing new material with no boundaries of sound. This release is a perfect example of his artistic vision, with a mixture of experimental electro sounds and thumping techno rhythms that carry a rare sense of frisky fluidity.

Both producers combine to create Future Architects — a new project forged between like-minded spirits with musical passions for driving dub techno and grounded in sweaty mid-nineties parties. 

Rose, a Hanover-based, Ukraine-born producer, brings her classically-educated depth with producer Florian—label head of Charmin Records and co-founder of Too Rough 4 Radio—where they explore their mutual love for raw and edgy dancefloor bangers.

Prophetic Dreams. Marking it as the second release on Rose’s label "Solid Wood", Dreams builds upon the label’s ethos, rooted in honest yet uncompromising music, with tracks that range from driving dub techno in "Unseen Realms," burning IDM breaks ("Renaissance"), ascending melodic techno house ("Universe"), and an experimental acid 2-stepper in the closer, "Hierophant."

dMIT.RY has been occupying local & international dj-booths for over 14 years. During that time he went through various club music phases, soaking in many influences, not sticking to one style and always on the hunt for the next fresh thing while respecting the roots.

Although currently in sleep mode, his label Neo Violence gained decent worldwide attention during the so-called lo-fi house era with 4 vinyl & 23 digital releases featuring names from all over the globe, such as J.Albert, Low Tape or Rudolf C to name a few.

Apart from having many residencies around Prague clubs and a number of international guests introduced to their dance floors, dMIT.RY has been taking care of bookings at a popular Groove Bar for 8 years now, providing opportunities to newcomers and established local DJs.
Radio is yet another long-term activity on his list. Apart from being a resident host on Žižkovs Radio Punctum since its early beginnings, he also held a bi-monthly show on Rinse France for 3 years presenting latest & upcoming club releases to the world.

And to top it all off, it is noteworthy to mention his appearance at Berlins HÖR as part of Neo Violence showcase or his mix for Crack Magazine which is focused on CZ/SK producers.
