"The Matthew Project" was inspired by the Book of Matthew. The music explores the main themes of these verses, asking, searching, finding and receiving. The music was heavily influenced by the composer's search for "silence" and understanding our connection to not only earth and God, and the wider universe.

"The Matthew Project" is a collection of x6 pieces of instrumental music, inspired by Matthew 7:7-8.

The composer was heavily influenced by the music of "The Chosen", especially the spaces and stillness between sound. Each track explores the questions and answers we seek in life. the pure energy and light guided the composer in an attempt to understand the complexity of life and the simplicity of faith. These opposing ideas of what life is an undercurrent theme in each track.
