Aphex Twin & Autechre - Live in Vancouver

Since 2003,  HTRK have built an incredible sonic universe, through their multiple studio albums, and work with luminaries Rowland S Howard and Mika Vainio. They appear busier than ever, as they work on another full length of sacred mood music. Tonight, Jonnine and Nigel bring together a textured little escape, at moments filled with bliss, and at others with some unease. We've been trying to get them on the FPR almost since its inception, and are rapt that it has finally happened. 

Despite the sudden cancellation, this broadcast is still technically in advance of their live show in Tāmaki Makaurau.

The 20th Amulet is carried by Verge, the alias of experimental electronic musician André Gough, based in Belfast. Having debuted with a consummate release on the eminent Avian imprint in 2017, Verge has displayed impeccable artistic focus from day one, continuing to uphold and refine his talent with the album 'Impermanence' released on VEYL in 2020, 'Vignettes' on Perfect Aesthetics and 'Fluid Motion' on Aura Dinamica in 2021. The sound of Verge fuses many echoes of industrial, experimental techno, ambient, and other influences, assuredly rising above genre boundaries and presenting music that's much to admire.

Currently studying sonic arts in Berlin, Joseph Kamaru aka KMRU is a Nairobi-born, Berlin-based sound artist whose work is grounded on the discourse of field recording, noise, and sound art. His work posits expanded listening cultures of sonic thoughts and sound practices, a proposition to consider and reflect on auditory cultures beyond the norms, and an awareness of surroundings through creative compositions, installations, and performances. In 2020 he released Peel on the avant-garde label Editions Mego with follow up albums Opaquer, Jar, and logue, each on different labels.

All new 2016 Autechre live set debuted at their "OneSix" European tour -- Oct/Nov 2016. This live set was performed in complete darkness, on 7th of November, inside the amazingly resonant venue of the Akvarium Klub Budapest. Budapest was the 10th out of 28 cities in total for the OneSix tour. Hosted by Selected Sounds, HU.

The entire OneSix tour was supported by Andy Maddocks​ (Skam Records​) and Russell Haswell​ (Warp Records) as opening acts​.

In the openning Melbourne Spring & Summer 2013 I am going to progress Trulkhor yoga vinyasa pathworking. This is CrazyHorseDonkeyBird mystic yoga. Karmic Transfer is black magic used with white intention that is never in grey and fark neutrality. Seen with true sight it is a beautiful play of polychromatic bioluminescence. Just one little way in which I craft, fashion and inspire all that arises and that is. Inspiration runs my errant errands... multidimensional chi ball glitches!  It is the dream that dreams the dreamer is dreaming and all that we see or seem.

Dingo rings around the spring. Spring! Spring Eternal.
