Esther Phillips - And I Love Him

◈ Puxumos, on his real name: Craciun Constantin
- was born on September 27th 1983 from a family of amateur singers           
 (father-drumer, mother-pianist). 
At the age of 9 years old he became passionate about drums and
 african percussions (BONGO). When he was 13 years old he got in 
contact with electronic music played by bands as (The Prodigy, 
Goon, The Chemical brothers, etc.)The first step towards the music 
stand was at the age of 14th. He was very excited about the party 
organized by the Principal in the gym hall. In 1999 puxumos moved to Tirgu Neamt where he continued to mix music at various private parties becoming afterwards a resident DJ in disco "TRUST". 
In 2000 he starts creating his own music and along the years he’s visiting
 many studios from Romania and other countries. On January the 1st 2006, after he inaugurated "Artist’s Cafe" Club (Tirgu Neamt) he became a resident DJ and afterwards started
 to work harder in creating his own music. Soon after, puxumos was  recieving
 invitations from all over the country and even outside Romania.At the moment puxumos is working with "DEMO records, Far Far Away, Deep Square records & Um Passo records". As well, he has several musical projects with more artists.

◈ MollyBella
After a childhood coloured by the piano strings, Oana Alexandru took the musical adventure one step further into the rim of electronic music. First as a hobby, then as more addictive passion Oana became MollyBella, the stage name under which you can find her mixes. Still at the beginning of her winding road, she is defining her style between the beats of deep-house and the fine edges of minimal-techno embracing any other musical surprise she meets in between.

Plusculaar was interested in music from an early age and was looking for a reflection of himself in it. He comes from Romania and although is very young (born in 1987) represents his own but long sought style. He has found it in the end because he knew that he wants to bind his future with djing and music. He was gigging in clubs in Bucharest with such musicians as Paco osuna, skoozbot, Mihai Popoviciu, Dachshund, Florian Meindl, Andre Crom, Xpansul. After some major success in Amsterdam and Romania ( f. ex. dj contest organization) he also found himself as a producer. He produced for Esemtrax, Roots & Wings music, resopal shallware and many more labels. Plusculaar says about himself: “I can see I am on my way to gig in top clubs and produce music. But you can hear it from djs and producers from all over the world. Anyway, my way doesn’t stop here. I can feel that I just started and I’m ready for this ride! That’s the difference!”.

There is an unspoken order that flows through the universe ... the order of frequencies surrounding our
spirit that transcends space and time .. We are here to experiment, breathe and save time, to leave a
mark through our existence no matter what that is..
I chose to save time by leaving my music behind.. I am guided by inner peace when I create and none of
my creations follow trends, playing and producing strictly according to my mood..
So one might call it deep, one might call it dark, one might call it techno.. I just call it harmonious
frequencies...
I do get inspired by what other artists do , but I am a strong believer of keeping ones identity and
originality intact so that , whatever we leave behind stands out and touches the hearts and minds of the
ones that need it... Thankful to all the ones that inspired me to get to where I am now ,to my friend and
producer that stressed me to make as much music as possible , to the places that allowed me to breathe
their culture in, for the extraordinary sunsets I have witnessed , for the seas that washed my body and the
nights I spent loving , the amazing people showing up at my gigs and the ones supporting me all over the
world, for Lori the cat as she puts up with all my moods and my lover who always supports me no matter
what I do…

By buying a turntable and digging for different Hip Hop Vinyls from A tribe Called Quest to J. Dilla, he satisfied his hunger in his youth. Through Couleur 3 and Club Rotation, José then discovered House music – a love that would remain up to today.

For Episode #49 of the series, Rodri put toghether tracks by the likes of Pete Rock, Joe Henderson or Moodyman, showing us some instrumental gems of his collection, which still influences his taste in music today.
