Sincopat is back with another exciting new release, after the outstanding AFFKT mini album/EP, it is now time of the Unchained Remixed. Every song from the previous release has been remixed by an incredible selection of talented artists selected by Sincopat's Big Kahuna for such an special recording.
To start with, we have no_ip, a long-time friend of the house. He delivers a sublime reinterpretation of We are shifting, a raw and organic work with Sutja Gutierrez's voice that acquires a new dimension.
In the same order as the original release we now have Bsoul, but this time remixed by My Secret Playground, one of the most in-shape artists of the moment. Understanding the original essence, he takes the track to his colourful disco world full of nuances.
Huarache, name of AFFKT's favourite sneakers, is remixed by The Policy. They did a magnificent and classy rework over hypes and styles where words are superfluous.
Last but not least, we have SNYL, the winner of the first Sincopat remixed contest and part of the family by his own merits. His version of Dust is an example of exquisite simplicity with a clear goal, reaching a maximum peak of emotion.
An incredible pack of timeless remixes that will leave you speechless.

Having initially met in a club toilet in 2015 (listen to the conversation for the full story on this!), Luke Folks and Owen Griffiths immediately bonded over similar tastes in music and soon formed the duo Monica. 

From their early beginnings on Brighton's @codesouthradio , they quickly forged a reputation DJing on the Brighton club circuit, as well as putting on their own night Foucault, which has seen them book the likes of respected artists such as @aerrra , @skatman-official , @manpower-1 and @dc-salas . 

Over the past couple of years, their hard work and commitment to developing their own sound has finally come to fruition, with releases on @reculturelondon , @appliedmagicrecords and more recently, Eastern standard .

Listen to them chat candidly with @richard_q about their approach to producing music as a duo as well as the challenges and moments of self-doubt they’ve faced along the way. This is definitely one for any producers or promoters out there trying to make it in the dance music biz at the moment.
