Šį penktadienį neeiline vakariene rūpinasi šefas COBEN8 – jį visą gyvenimą lydėjo įvairi muzika, tačiau pažintį pradėkime nuo pirmųjų žingsnių muzikiniame pasaulyje. Baigęs muzikos mokyklą, fortepijono klasę bei gitaros mėgėjų klasę COBEN8 netapo dideliu klasinės muzikos fanu, kasdieniniame gyvenime mieliau rinkosi repą, hip hopą ir elektroninę muziką, ko pasekoje prieš pusantrų metų atlikėjas pradėjo lankytis klubuose, kuriuose groja techno vilkai. Sužavėtas aplinkos, atsipalaidavusių šokėjų bei įspūdingų atlikėjų COBEN8 įsigyjo kontrolerį ir po kurio laiko pradėjo lankyti grojimo pamokas. Atlikėjas tikina, kad geriausiai jaučiasi grodamas tamsesnes melodijas ir pabrėžia, jog tamsus techno neprivalo būti šaltakraujiškas – tamsūs garsai suteikia paslaptingumo, priduoda nežemiško prieskonio. Jo grojama muzika pasižymi trankumu, žaismingumu, bet tuo pačiu nestokoja skoningumo ir melodingumo. Šiandieninio mixo selekcija sužavės tuos, kurie muzikoje ieško gilesnės minties.

Anderhalf jaar geleden ben ik begonnen met mixen, en in die tijd ben ik steeds meer van harde en snelle techno gaan houden. Wat ik super vet vind zijn herkenbare teksten of deuntjes door een mix heen. Dat hoor je ook terug in deze set. Het is gemaakt uit harde en energieke techno sounds, die starten op een tempo van 145 bpm.
