I've always wanted to write a piece where every instrument is tied to the same motive, but they're merely playing in different subdivisions of the tempo. This, combined with the slow acceleration and build of the piece, creates an unnerving subluminal rush.

This is the score I wrote for WestWood Instrument's Novella Rescore Competition. 
I decided to do a hybrid score using various synths, bowed electric guitar, Steel Guitar, and Orchestral Ensembles.
