Music

By far the most musical theatre of any song I've ever written. Make of that what you will. This was a rare occurrence of the chords and the melody coming together with surprising ease and then the words taking months of frustration. In the end it was a collaborative piece with my wife Emma (Malhann to those of you in the field), without whom I would still be banging my head against a wall.

It was recorded on my digital dictaphone in my front room in one take, so it is very rough. And I was improvising the guitar for the most part.

Sparro's lost song. This was SUPPOSED to be uncovered during a Whispers Through the Black Gate, but that never really happened, so, now I give it to you all freely.
My last filk I finished, with some tweaks. Had it ready and uploaded before E3, but then thought of some awesome KEY CHANGES to put in. Felt fitting to have it be from the amazing Ye Banished Privateers, as they were my first one to filk.

A track to commemorate the deeds of a nation unsung in its altruism and loyalty: the Imperial Orcs - so may their nation sing this song to remind their neighbours, allies and foes that they are always a force to be reckoned with.
