Happy Twos Day! Its my birthday too. According to scientists and scholars I was born at 2:22am on Feb 22, hence why I'm so obsessed with the number 2 and 22 and all things 2 really. 
Anyway 2 months ago I set out to create two tunes that would incorporate as many 2s as possible. I did my best but of course as I finish up this release I have so many more ideas flooding the gates, but I created each tune at 222bpm in 2/2 that last 2 minutes and 22 seconds and both have little easter eggs of 2s as well.

Taking clear advantage of his time as a drummer, it’s simultaneously the backbone and foreground of the EP, with each hit taking up generous sonic bandwidth. Each track flares with an alternate series of forward and laid back attitudes while keeping the focus squarely on kinetics; splices of throaty synthesis mingle with staccato lead lines and harmonized chord plucks, closing the distance between hard hitting neuro motifs and pronounced songwriting fundamentals.
