For its 3rd compilation, Blue Night Jungle dives deeper into the french mental music scene. Enhancing the underground metamorphosis of a new way of conjuring trance within electronic musics, it welcomes a batch of new artists (Beatrice M., RAVL, Vanda Forte, Paul Rêve, Tampo, Orchid, NOGE, Kick21, Solma, Khey Mysterio, Cléo II) but also spare room for known figures of the label (Smogo, Drawbridge, Trois-Quarts Taxi System or Boskøw). Going from deep tribe adventures to dark DnB paths, jungle and trance experiments, it gathers this whole new "mental" scene of french parties for a long journey through the depths of unknown jungles.

When Aljoscha's father placed cassettes of jungle, ambient and drum'n'bass in the hands of his seven-year-old son, he had no idea that he had just passed on to him the soundtrack of his life.

This heritage of multiple textures has been transformed into multiple aliases, including AJO, a character who transcends the boundaries of genres and time.

Signed to labels such as Electric Shapes and Mana Abundance, AJO invokes tribal elements and inter-astral electronic sounds. A primitive, almost animal quest dances between the German producer's synthesizers.

His new album, ‘God Is A Single Infinite Painting That Has No Frame’, adds to his psychedelic ambient and EBM-tinged electrooid explorations. Four remixes by YADÜ, La Serpiente, HyperLili and Théo Muller add an even more contemplative dimension to this opus, released on Ethos Records.

After an 8-year hiatus, they return with Gold Teeth, a blistering 4-track EP that reaffirms their legacy with three raw, bass-loaded 2-step wobblers and a killer remix from rising star Stones Taro.
Mak & Pasteman’s catalogue includes heat for the likes of Lobster Boy (Redlight), Digital Soundboy (Shy FX), Naked Naked (Breach), and most recently, Unknown To The Unknown (DJ Haus).
