XYZ and When We Dip present the Selectors series, where we give our family of producers an opportunity to display their prowess behind the decks. Expect unreleased material from across the label collective, as well as classic gems and heady grooves from some of the underground's finest selectors.

Rauschhaus takes the decks this week on XYZ Selectors. The German producer just released the 'I Am Not My Ego' EP in collaboration with Robin Schellenberg on XYZ as well as track 'Unknown Territory' with Cary Crank. He plays these tunes along with tracks from CIOZ, Marc DePulse and D-Nox to name a few.

■ Marcio Colazingari, produtor de Música Impopular Brasileira [MIB], iniciou seu beat sensus sonoro ainda nos anos 2000. Sempre conectado ao software e à música binária e computacional, seu primeiro contato com os sintetizadores digitais com a sombra dos modulares ocorreu com a primeira geração da família de produtos REASON no ano de 2006. Ano passa e ano volta, eis que incorporou outros produtos computacionais tais como a arquitetura CSound, Pure Data, Cubase, Logic e Ableton Live ao seu campo de pesquisas e produções sonoras. Estudante da teoria musical conservadora, em pouco tempo abandonou a escola tradicional ao conhecer a fantástica obra Harmonia de Arthur Schopenhauer e as maravilhas do mundo atonal, dodecafônico e atemporal.Entre os anos de 2007 e 2010 atuou na experimental Orqestra, sem U, de laptops de São Paulo, com apresentações nos Sescs, Festival File e Virada Cultural. Em 2008 , após conhecer o real sintetizador Modular Moog, criou o projeto de músicas minimalistas praticadas ao vivo : Moog Control Live. Com este último nome, lançou durante os anos de 2007 a 2010 alguns álbuns minimalistas pela Ideal Techno de Berlin e a Miniatura Records da Argentina. Após longo inverno musical retorna com novas criações eletrônicas e minimalistas. São os seguintes álbuns pós 2023: Cabeça de Neném , Housier Experiments pela label Minikron e o atual The Substance , baseado no filme A Substância, pela gravadora MicrolabelSP.

■ Gleiber Totti DJ e colecionador vivendo a música a mais de 2 décadas , sua trajetória começou no jungle & drum n bass e ao longo dos anos desenvolveu uma pesquisa sonora autenticada e refinada vinda do leste europeu, complementando também suas produções e buscando sempre inovação , com passagens por clubs como Dedge ,Clash , Hoje assina a curadoria da festa LEVEL LO referência na cena underground.

With a tech and deep house blend running through her blood, the former Hong Kong residing DJ took Asia and its neighbors to another musical level, running her own branded parties and showcasing her devout record collection to dance floor enthusiasts. 2015 saw Gaby Endo highlight the anticipated ‘Events in China’ panel at the debuting IMS China, where her global knowledge of underground scenes has translated perfectly into Asia and beyond. Relishing in the culturally diverse territory, Gaby has whole heartedly embraced musically educated dance floors while also inviting newcomers to her own musical world. As co-founder of the Rewind rooftop parties in Hong Kong , there is no stopping the road ahead for Gaby, taking her signature sound to the people. Influenced by her latin roots and Brazilian background, sets are build around warm melodies, ethnic elements and rhythmics that occasionally delve into a tribal and mystical feel. Not limited to that she also explores the worlds of deep progressive, deep techno, minimal  techno and ambiance through her sets.
 Shadowing sonic influences from DJ Koze, Sasha, Christisan Loffler, NU, Acid Pauli, Guti, Axel Boman, The Orb and Nils Frahm to name a few, the soul pleasing odyssey her club sets lure are a classy affair making her downright infectious. Music has been a powerful tool for herself and societies around her, bringing together the energy and life the positive effects that sound can inspire.

Originally hails from Istanbul, cantanca is the founder and music director of niche radio stations (Radio FG, Lounge FM, Radio Oxi-Gen) and the creator of the greatest festivals (Chill-Out Festival, Electronica Festival, Urban Festival) in Turkey.
