Laurent Garnier's COD3 QR presents a French federation of top techno with new tracks from Unspent, Manuel-M, Kmyle, Loloman and Humantronic for the next release this September.

For over a decade, Anthony Bertholon and Jérémy Garde have been leading numerous musical projects across Europe. Together, they form Unspent, a duo blending raw, cold and powerful techno with refined production, marked by subtle leads and remarkable sound precision. This bold direction earned them a place on COD3 QR; a milestone that affirms their artistic integrity and lasting relevance. They open the EP with the drum-led, hypnotic "Sea Theatre".

A discreet yet respected artist, Manuel-M has been working passionately behind his machines since 2008. True to his principles, he steers clear of passing trends, making music above all for himself. He maintains an old-school vision, marked by the pioneers of techno, while incorporating his style through contemporary sound design on renowned labels like Tronic, Brique Rouge and here on COD3 QR, with the bright and grooving "A Night in Charleroi".

Kmyle is synonymous with boundless audible exploration having etched a lasting mark in the realm of electronic music. He seamlessly blends magnetic techno, hypnotic rhythms and ethereal melodies, as displayed on "Drill". Other labels such as Soma, Mord and Skryptom have placed their unwavering trust in his musical prowess, and in 2020 he launched his own Kmyle Records.

Loloman is one of the leading French producers in the underground electronic music scene. He creates music without adhering to conventional rules, blending styles, synthesizing sounds and unveiling a unique and diverse musical world filled with strong emotions and a groove. Since 2019 he's released on prestigious labels like MB Elektroniks, Brique Rouge, Metrohm and (of course), COD3 QR. Here, he drops the story-telling "Rock Hit".

Humantronic is a long-standing figure in the international electronic underground. After co-founding the Neopren label and debuting with a #1 release on Juno, he spent several years in Berlin refining his distinctive, groove-driven techno. He later founded his own imprint, Manakacha and released on legendary labels such as Traum, KMS and Harthouse. Now back in southern France, he's been staying true to his passion for techno, with both consistency and integrity, that's evident on melodic closer, "Madspace".

Who is Humantronic ? Just something simple that sounds like his music, and, needless to say, something that sounds just like him... Frederic Alvernhe has made a career that is part and parcel of his personality.
Today, this DJ composer-producer comes up with his third signature on Kevin Saunderson label KMS Records and new singles with his alias Ardan Bel to produce a deeper and emotional sound.
His label Manakacha set up with few European friends eight years ago, have featured Humantronic, Soren Aalberg, Sarah Goldfarb or M.I.D.I. Some highly specialized material indeed, but miles away from a passing fad.
His first label Neopren Records, was successfully launched in 2006 with the
support of Apoll and key-player distributor Intergroove, starting with the
blistering EP 'Kiss of the Flowerman'. After several releases on Neopren, Tongut, Malatoid or Schallbox, Humantronic starts his own label Manakacha In 2010. With unassuming yet unwavering efficiency, the producer reveals his own vision of techno : mesmerizing, massive and groovy tunes inspired by the great forebears as much as by new-school electro whiz-kids. A techno in his own image : sincere and unusual, part of the current climate only to breathe in some fresh oxygen. For all that, Humantronic and his other alias Ardan Bel are projects deeply rooted in its own era, the child of a new tech. buff. He handles with equal ease playing vinyls and the digital world. Yet this does not go unmotivated. He simply uses these tools among many others to serve an instinctive musical approach and his peculiar universe. In his approach to the dancefloor, as well as in the way he considered the technological vehicle, as an integral part of his music. And, when Fred plays behind the decks or with his machines, he really plays : there is real work here on textures, and atmospheres as well as on the development of his sets searching out his own way no matter whether it should shut him off or lead to the fast track of success. And nothing will stop this mutant with a beating heart who vanishes behind what he does best : Humantronic.
