Pieces to Peace

This is a prayer to God.

God, I know you can hear me on this shore.  I didn’t really know how to talk to you before, but now I do... now I do.

God, if it be your will, let me be your vessel.  Let me be the one who won’t think twice to pave the way for Jesus Christ. Just as Christ offer all In love, let me be your right hand.  Wherever my work is needed, let me go.

Let me be known for who I am. Let me be known for what I can do as a servant kneeling in the light of your grace. Wherever I am needed, I will face.

I know there may be trials and shadows in my way, but I wear the armor of the Lord and pray. I carry the sword of truth, the shield of Your grace; The helm of knowledge, and the breastplate of faith. With the vision of an Eagle and my ancestors, no weapon formed against me shall prosper.

Let me be known for who I am. Let me be known for what I can do as a servant kneeling in the light of your grace. Wherever you need me to go, I will face.

I know your trials and fires have tested me. Your crucible’s flame shaping who I would be. I thank You, Father, for parents who raised me right.  For friends and family who give me strength in the fight.  For love I have given, for love I have known. For blessings received, and for seeds I have sown.

Let me be known for who I am. Let me be known for what I can do as a servant kneeling in the light of your grace.  Whatever You need me to do, I will face.

Thank You, Father, for hearing and answering me. For letting me serve, and guiding me faithfully. May all the glory, worship and majesty, be yours until the end. Forevermore. Amen.
