This is my pilot episode of my podcast.  Don't be afraid to fail just take a chance and follow your dreams and face your fears. Please feel free to give any feedback to help perfect my craft.

In this Episode, I had a chance to interview a best friend of mine. Ashleys brother was drafted to the Philadelphia Eagles at the age of 22. We discuss success on a small scale and what success is to you might not be success to someone else. When your family member makes it big, whats your next step?

In this Episode I got a chance to talk to a platinum producer. Pc talked about how he got into producing and where it all started from. "The thing about this shit or the thing about anything, you never know how something is going to happen. You grind and net work, everybody is connected to everyone"

In this episode we discuss how Teef went from Iraq to a celebrity Barber. Teef explains how he became so passionate about the art of cutting hair. Teef explained that this is more than just cutting hair, its building relationships and friends.

In this episode of Knowledge Under The Influence  I talked to Marisa about how she reversed her breast tumor by changing her diet to VEGAN. Watch what you eat. Marisa Believes that you are either feeding the disease or destroying it by your diet choice.

"My worse fear is to fail my family, especially my daughter". In this episode the owner, Deon of NO Favors Apparel explains his vision for his company. He gives us two view points of "NO FAVORS". If you not working hard for yourself why would anyone else do something for you. You could also look at "NO FAVORS" as simply that, you can figure life out and not ask for any handouts or favors.

In this episode I had the chance to interview Divine.Joy of "Dive.Joy Productions" Divine speaks on how she got into photography and how networking, grinding and never giving up has led to her own photography studio at the tender age of 20. Divine says "I want my photography to speak to people".

Had a chance to speak with "The Job Search Girl" and she believes that experiences are more important than stuff. If you are experiencing fear, then face your fear and experience faith on the other side. "I feel like when there is a plan bigger than you, there are going to be things to push you toward your goal"

In this Episode I spoke with Mo Page of "Mevo Creative studio". Mo explains that even if you have to keep grinding through your day job while finding your passion, then grind it out and if you do what you are passionate about then eventually something will come of it. Life pushes you in the direction it wants you to go in!

In this interview with K Mack, I was able to hear how he became a rapper. His unique style of rap, influenced by "Childish Gambino, Kendrick Lamar, Lauren Hill" are what led him to doing his own versions of songs called "D.R.E.A.M Mixes". 

"Sometimes in this rap game its greater than you searching for recognition. You get more gratification from what your music is doing to help others"

TEARS Of A Hurt Man! In this interview Tez Honcho explains what influenced him to become a rapper and how he created this proctor "T.E.A.R.S"

This music shows that he was super vulnerable while working on the project.

In episode 23 I had the honor of chatting with Dez Delmar about his journey through entrepreneurial challenges. We discussed how he has always had the talent but didn't spend time perfecting his craft and being consistent.

In the fall of 2012, Lisa launched Sister Pie on Thanksgiving out of her parents’ Milford kitchen. She baked and sold forty pies, which may not seem like much now, but it felt like a heck-ton then. As 2013 began, Lisa enrolled in the d:hive Build (now Build Institute) business class, joined FoodLab, and continued to sell pies and cookies via email blasts to family and friends.

With well over 75,000 vacant lots, Detroit has become the place to bee! These vacant lots are serving as pollinator habitats providing food security and shelter free from chemicals. Detroit Hives, Inc; a 501c3 nonprofit is working to transform these vacant lots into bee farms for the education and conservation of pollinators. In less than two years we have educated well over 1 million people on the importance of bees, expanded in seven locations with 35 beehives buzzing in the City of Detroit.

In this Episode I got the chance to speak to Spencer Pupp of Spikes Ice. Hear how this frozen beverage was able to get crowd funding and start growing across a couple of states in a few short years.

In this Episode we had a chance to speak with Efiong, who recently started a web series called "UnWine". During this episode we get a chance to hear how Alcohol ruined some aspects of his life but also how Wine has saved his life.

Efiong speaks on his Nigerian heritage and how it has shaped and molded him into the man he is today. Also how cultural assimilation can change who we are in this world.

Some key thing to take away from this episode is to remove your pride and your ego from the equation. Pride and ego can get in the way of growth and Efiong believes a real mans vulnerability helps him grow and be a better stronger man.
