검은 화면 속 그래픽은 마치 하나의 세계인 양 환상적인 세계관과, 사랑스러운 캐릭터로 잘 짜여져 있어요. 가끔 현실에서 흥미를 잃을 때면 전원을 켜고 그 곳으로 놀러 가기도 하는데, 마음에 들지 않은 선택을 했을 때는 게임을 저장하지 않고 전원 버튼을 눌러 리셋하기도 합니다. 게임에는 흥미가 길지 않아 몇 개월째 접속하지 않은 게임이 있는데요. 문득 그 곳의 근황이 궁금해졌어요. 주인공을 위해 입력되고 존재하는 환상의 나라 속 그들의 그래픽 감정은 소리 소문 없이 반짝 하고 오가는 나를 어떤 시간으로 기다리고 있을지 상상해 보았습니다.

My Farewell

세상에는 다양한 감정들이 있고, 
그 감정들을 표현하는 아주 많은 단어들이 있다. 
그 중에서 ‘해가 진 뒤, 잠도 잊고 밤늦도록 친구들과 즐거운 
시간을 보내는 것’ 이라는 의미를 담고있는 ‘사마르’ 라는 
단어를 통해 중학교 3년동안 친구들과의 추억들을 말하며

”이젠 졸업이지만, 이제 다시 그 때로 돌아갈 수 없지만,
우리 나중에 언젠가 웃으면서 다시 만나자“

라는 말을 전하는 노래이다.
