" The Summer Sol compilation brings together a global family of like-minded producers, all striving to move hearts, minds, and bodies  with original music that draws from our ancestral past, and propels us into the future, without limitations or borders. Producers from over 14 different countries bring us 21 original songs, with lyrics from 7 different languages. 

Popular well known artists such as Canson, Dance Spirit, LUM, El Buho, Matanza, Hraach, and Alejandro Mosso,  alongside fresh new artists like Rodrigo Gallardo, Spaniol, Armen Miran, Niju, V i V i D, Florista, and Peter Power, blend naturally with Sol*Selectas artists such as Sabo, KMLN, Goldcap, and SAAND. 

The track list is a journey itself, going from South American mid tempo, to Shamanic downtempo, to Middle Eastern deep house, to Latin tribal house, to Playa tech, to Ambient cumbia dub. 

Each song represents the multicultural influences of the artists, and shows the diversity of the Sol Selectas sound.  

The artwork by Helia Jamali visualizes the themes of summer and sunshine together perfectly.  This compilation will be released on the 1st day of the Summer Solstice - June 21st. 2016. " 

We hope these songs bring you joy and happiness, invoking feelings of positivity on the dance floor, a sunset on the beach, or even an early morning sunrise in the desert.

Das zweite Release des noch jungen Labels @delightsearthly steht in den Startlöchern. Um kulturelle und vielfältige Musik zu veröffentlichen, haben sich die Macher für eine EP des Kanadiers @kora-musique, der bereits auf Kindisch publizierte, entschieden. Am 16. Januar 2017 soll seine Deep-House-Kollektion „Fragile“ in digitaler Version erscheinen. Gleich der Opener der EP, „Vayu“, ist ein wunderschön strukturiertes Werk geworden, das von einer melodischen Wärme überschwemmt wird. Kora zeigt mit der Produktion eine gewisse Leichtigkeit und eine zarte Annäherung an Drums, während arabischer Gesang die Nummer abrundet. (...) Ein Remix kommt von @timur-sardarov alias Timujin. Antrea: Could be the name of a planet from a Sci-Fi movie. A world with bazaars and temples that are reminiscent of ancient human cultures, but with holograms and all sorts of wondrous spacecrafts hovering through the air. So Antrea is a great name for an EP that sounds as huge and epic as if it really was the soundtrack for this kind of Sci-Fi movie. Even that seedy bar where adventurous aliens and space travelers from all corners of the galaxy hang out has been transcribed into sound: Four different remixes add a proper dose of transdimensional drive to the dream-like boost of the original tracks.

The discription should be: “The Smooth Gardens” is a sensual and groovy track from the brother duo @parallellsofficial and @abundance-live in which they combine many instruments and organic sounds to Thomas from @parallellsofficial' crooner voice.

The EP refers to The Gardens of Babylon movement in Amsterdam, who redefined the music and event experience. It is a family where all of the EP’s artists are part of.

The inspiration also came during Amsterdam Dance Event. A week filled with musical influences. In that sense, The Smooth Gardens is a hymn to dance, where the smooth groove of the track is slowly reaching parts of your body and is leading them to move, sway and dance.

The EP includes two powerful remixes. The first one is from the couple duo @kmln-berlin bringing a rhythmical edge to it. The second one is from @noraj-cue and @undersmusic bringing a powerful clubby vibe. No doubt both versions will shake the dance floors!

He has meandered from the canyons of the Vrbas river to the frosty waters of Öresund before finding his way down to the shores of lake Zurich. Having discovered an inclination for emotional and, at times, melancholic music from an early age whilst strumming classical ballads on his guitar, his attention was rapidly drawn to electronic music. Like a hvitling frolicking in the currents, he takes the listener on a journey through the sea of his mind.
