CROWDPLEASER has just completed his first ever solo album of deep and easygoing sounds. After successful outings on Mental Groove, Viking Music, Drumpoet Community and Wagon Repair, this latest ten-tracker of blissful underground house lands on the ever-expanding Turbo Recordings. The album presents a broad spectrum of ideas, some of it might even be called 'world music', featuring international vibes and vocal contributions from Wamian Kaid, the psychedelic guru Terence McKenna, and Mr. Schönborn himself. These are expertly crafted grooves, subtle and hypnotic tracks that 



sound as great in the club as they do at home, the light mood and warm atmosphere a perfect match for an early Spring release.

'Nenekri' and 'Together We're Strong' will come out as a single in May, with remixes from the cosmic Ed Banger, Mickey Moonlight, Kalabrese, and more.

The debut Vinyl of the germafrican duo LADS, gets a nice twist in form of 3 remixes, coming from the two new debutants Baez and Urmet K, as well as a well formed house retouch of core NWS artist Varaz.

"Cedar" is being re-imagined a second time by another new Estonian artist on NWS, Urmet K. Different to baez, he keeps the ground atmosphere true to the original, while also trying to build a more captivating and hypnotic groove, surrounding the beautiful vocals of Gary himself. Middle-eastern instruments and drums really sell the authenticity of the vocals and bring this remix into the dusty deserts.

Sol Selectas label boss Sabo returns to the imprint for his second artist album, which features eight original tracks, each made in collaboration with a different artist.

'Daikato', with its cosmic chugging rhythms, brings us on a trip of imagination that translates into an epic dance floor experience, as although perfectly suited to headphone listening, it would sound out of place in a club environment.

Sabo is a globetrotting DJ who is invited to play various cities and exotic locations around the world. This gives him a chance to meet other likeminded people and documents his experiences by collaborating on music.

Pieced together over a three-year period, this stunning collection of tracks features collaborations with people who have roots in Persia, India, Ancient Greece, Spain, and Jordan.

Meeting to record in studios based in Mexico, Switzerland, Argentina and Berlin, there is a noticeable blend of culture from different roots and their surrounding environment.

Many of the artists who feature on this release alongside Sabo have also released their solo music on Sol Selectas, but this special release is very much a family event hosted by Sabo, and a reunion of old friends who share a spiritual connection.
