“Hypnosis” is a song I wrote with Alton Bridge about the way some get caught up in the illusion of beauty and perfection. It’s about how easy it is to be drawn into a world built on appearances, where everything looks good on the outside but feels empty inside. I wanted to capture that moment when you realize the truth and start searching for something deeper. The song moves through that emotional shift from being mesmerized to waking up. At its core, it’s about learning to find happiness within yourself, not in the illusion the world tries to sell you.
