Noun - A thing made by combining two different elements; a mixture.

Adjective - Of mixed character; composed of mixed parts.

HyBrid is a Duo consisting of Angelo Lorenzani and Taylor Wienand.

The duo was formed in February 2013 as they were playing at the same event and decided to combine their back-to-back sets as they wanted to try something new. The boys had no idea that this "once-off" shared set would lead to the forming of HyBrid. 

Their ability to combine all forms of deep house to get any dance floor moving is what makes them unique. The boys play a mixture of dark tech house, bass house, soulful deep house and Nu disco deep.

Hybrid take influences from a number of musical genres which influence their style of production and performances. They have also been influenced by artists such as Ryan Murgatroyd, Julian Gomes, Black Coffee and Kyle Watson to name a few.

The boys have set the goals for the coming year to spread their reach to national clubs and make the line ups for Ultra SA 2016 and all major festivals. They are also currently focusing hard on their own original production and hope to be releasing some projects soon.

Hybrid promises to always bring a standard that leaves the crowd smiling and happier than when they arrived to events they perform at, connecting and interacting with fans is something the boys pride themselves on and are always willing to help out where they can. The boys believe in telling a story through music.
